Gnucap and Google summer of code

Gnucap will again be participating in the Google Summer of Code, 
as part of the GNU project.

Most Gnucap projects involve developing plugins or companion 
programs.

The application window is March 16-27.

Accepted proposals will be announced April 27.

If your project is approved for funding, we expect nearly full-
time effort, as you would for a co-op job or internship, from 
May 25 to August 21.
