The FOSDEM 2016 EDA devroom Call for Participation is out:

Last year we did not have a GNUCAP talk. It would be great to have one
this year! Please consider submitting a request for a talk or just
attending the event in Brussels to catch up with the latest
developments in FOSS EDA.
