Parameter expression evaluation improvements. Scoping of variables should be correct now. 3. Verilog and Spectre mode improvements. There was a bug introduced 06-11 which often caused it to not work with files, but it did work interactively. The bug was in code to skip the spice title line, but it had other consequences in some cases. The web site http://gnucap.org now links to the wiki, which is now the official web site.
