gnucap-adms available

(in case anyone is interested)

the admsXml based model generator (originally an adms-mot fork by
Andreas Froese) is now available outside gnucap-uf, particularly ive
hacked in support for gnucap 0.36. this doesn't mean its extremely
stable, but its distributable and actively worked on.

theres no release tarball (and probably won't be there soon), get it
from git://tool.em.cs.uni-frankfurt.de/git/gnucap-adms
