The results are in.

We have two this year!

Raghunandan Mudadla will be working on a "Language Plugin for 
QUCS" ..  a gnucap plugin that will read and write the QUCS 
format, enabling gnucap to work in the Qucs environment.

Rishabh Yadav will be working on a set of command plugins for 
scripting, adding the scripting capability like what you get in 
the "Nutmeg" part of Spice.
