 Hi,

  I am trying to collect some reasonable model parameters for BJT's does anybody know how to go about this ?

 I am working under the assumption that I can use the parameters from manufacturers for SPICE ??

 Also I have a subcircuit model for an IGBT, ( combining a fet &power BJT ), and a 'decent' model for a Thyristor, ( or SCR as they are also called ).
 I would like to put these through the paces of the model compiler, but I will need some 'hand holding' on the way since I have tried this before and it didn't work too great that time, ( I got nowhere ).

 any help ? ... please ...
