Gnucap and Google summer of code

Gnucap will be participating in the Google Summer of Code, as 
part of the GNU project.

Most Gnucap projects involve developing plugins or companion 
programs.  The highest priority is to add usability features to 
make Gnucap (and Free EDA tools in general) more feature-
competitive with proprietary alternatives.

The application window is March 10-19.

If your project is approved for funding, we expect nearly full-
time effort, as you would for a co-op job or internship, from 
May 19 to August 18.
