Hello guys,
I am Abhinav Kumar Singh, Electronics Engineering undergraduate at IIT
(BHU) Varanasi.
I went through the projects listed @
http://gnucap.org/dokuwiki/doku.php?id=gnucap:projects  and found that
'replacement of gwave' is one project which lies in my interest and work
domain.
So can you please provide me some guidance like from where i should start,
initial steps which i should take before submitting proposal etc.
