mot-adms and gnucap

Hi all,
I will reformulate my previus question:
Can we use mod-adms to compile something else than a compact model of a device?
I mean, in order to do some testbenches, could I write some veriloga
circuit (e.g. a serial prbs) and compile it with mot-adms?
