Announce: GNOME 2 version of gpaint (0.2.3)

This is to announce the GNOME 2 port of gpaint, a small, easy to use paint 
program for the GNU Desktop.  This version is mostly functionally identical
to the previous GNOME 1.4 version although some bug fixes were also made.

This version should work on GNOME 2 and 2.2 platforms.  

It is available from

Note the binary is named "gpaint-2" to allow parallel installation with the
GNOME 1 version.
