The links on https://www.gnu.org/software/httptunnel/ to "The httptunnel
home page" (http://www.nocrew.org/software/httptunnel.html) are broken.

I'm not sure if the issue is that the nocrew.org hosted website is broken,
or the link should be updated to point to e.g.
https://github.com/larsbrinkhoff/httptunnel .
