remarks about new release

Congratulations to the new release!

(1) After adding 10 new command-line options, you would have been
    entitled to bump the minor version number, i.e. call it 2.3
    rather than 2.2.12.

(2) Why does the Savannah interface [2] say that there are no mailing
    lists associated, when [3] shows that there is bug-indent?
