Missing documentation for -brf option

Hello,

the one thing I was always missing in GNU indent was the option to put
the opening braces of a function on the same line as the definition.
After doing some digging in the code, I found out this option has been
available since somewhere in 2002, but it simply has not been added to
the documentation. It is called -brf or --braces-on-func-def-line.

It would be nice if this option were added to the manpage and the info
documentation, so people actually know it exists. I hope this
report helps improve a very nice tool.
