many thanks for your bumper Xmas bundle!
You are right about -brf and -blf. I'm adding that to the doc now. FYI
it does the same as -bls and -brs, but for functions.

-dj and -ndj had already been reported and fixed and will also be in the
2.2.10 release (very soon, I hope!)
