Release 2.2.10 of GNU Indent

Finally, there is a new release of GNU indent.
The release can be downloaded from

http://indent.isidore-it.eu/beautify.html

There was a further delay due to license reasons, but these have been 
resolved by re-basing the original version of indent on the FreeBSD 
version. This does not affect the behaviour, but has incidentally 
resulted in small improvements to some of the error messages.

Within a few days the Bazaar code repository will also be available at 
the same website, and the release should become available from GNU's web 
site, too.
