indent 2.2.10 and HTML docs

Hello.

indent-2.2.10 does not seem to have html docs in the doc directory, so
texi2html is now required for the build. Is it intended to be that way?

BTW: Is it going to appear on ftp.gnu.org? I'd like to see it in its
"canonical" place as it's refenrenced by the debian copyright file.
