    libtool: use AS_HELP_STRING in LT_WITH_SYSROOT help message.
    
    This patch fixes so help output is formatted similar with
    other macros using AS_HELP_STRING. Also it outputs '[=DIR]'
    as I suspect intended rather than '=DIR'.
