Libtool version mismatch

Hi,

I have a weird issue with libtool after upgrading from debian 6 to 7. if I
try to build something (freeswitch in this case) which uses libtool, I get
the following:

I tried to run these commands before configure but the issue persist:

make maintainer-clean
aclocal && libtoolize --force && autoreconf
autoreconf --force --install

Any help would be appreciated.
