Please make libtool reproducible

Hi all,

Arch Linux wants to have a reproducible libtool packages as part of an
effort to make the whole distribution reproducible. [1] Debian carries a
custom patch, which removes the offending non-reproducible part
(hostname). My request is that the patch of Debian would be applied in
libtool, personally I don't see recording the hostname as very valueable
information. [2]
