It seems that your fix has corrected the issue.
I also tried to build mpg123 and other packages and those messages
disappeared.
Now, it seems that you can create shared libraries with mingw for aarch64, in
the same manner you can do with i686 or x86_64 cross compilers, at least with
the packages that I tested.
