These files do not belong to Libtool itself, but rather to https://github.com/gvvaughan/bootstrap. We already fixed one of the PATH_SEPARATOR omissions on your last round of patches (thanks!), but I ported the other one upstream, and then updated libtool with the result, including a couple of other unrelated improvements.
