[patch #10007] Add support for MidnightBSD

Follow-up Comment #1, patch #10007 (project libtool):

Looks straightforward to me.

I'm going to test it on my box just to catch typos or anything unexpected; but
since I don't have a MidnightBSD box could you run the test suite and upload
the logs?
