Lilypond 1.9.6 released

Lilypond 1.9.6 is released.

>From the NEWS file: 

   * Clefs may now be transposed arbitrarily, for example

            \clef "G_8"
            \clef "G_15"
            \clef "G_9"



Furthermore, this release has bugfixes for tremolos, MacOS X, tuplet
brackets, completion note-heads, lots of updates to the manual and to
the ancient notation code.
