LilyPond 2.1.0 released

Hi there,

A few days ago, I released LilyPond 2.1.0. This release has rounded
stem endings and various other bugfixes.  As I will be traveling around
South East Asia from starting Wednesday til somewhere in December, you
can expect a somewhat more leisurely development schedule for Lily,
which will be lead by the one and only Jan.
