Fink (MacOS X) package for lilypond 2.2.1

lilypond 2.2.1 is now available as a MacOS X fink 
<http://fink.sourceforge.net> package. This package also fixes some 
issues which prevented the 2.2.0 package from compiling on some 
installations.

- Set up your fink installation (/sw/etc/fink.conf) to use the unstable 
tree.
- Update your packages with fink selfupdate-rsync
- Type "fink install lilypond" (Note the package name! 
"lilypond-unstable" will give you 2.1.37 and in a few weeks 2.3.x. 
"lilypond" will give you 2.2.x until 2.4.0 comes out).

Lilypond and all its dependencies will be built.
