lily 1.5.64

Attractions in this release:

 - The Final Bugfix for large scores. It turns out that linking to
   guile with thread support causes some undocumented stack limits to
   be imposed, which makes for all kinds interesting core dumps.
 
   We believe to have fixed the last issue of this kind, so hopefully,
   you can now all process your ludicrously large scores without
   problems.

   This should also fix crash problems on Windows.

 - Bugfixes for chord names and brackets.

 - New fragments of tutorial, including instructions how to operate
   the "internals" documentation.

 - Ambitus support, courtesy Juergen Reuter
