i386 RPMS for current CVS lilypond (1.5.64.uu1) are available from 

  ftp://ftp.cs.uu.nl/pub/GNU/LilyPond/binaries/RedHat/RPMS/i386-RH7.3/devel/

These are linked against the GUILE library that is in the same directory.
