Debian packages for Lilypond 2.3.16

Debian Sid and Sarge packages of Lilypond 2.3.16 are available from my
website:

http://www.pedrokroeger.net/lilypond/

The package is now called "lilypond-snapshot", as the binary.

There is a bug in this package that prevents it to be used with another
lilypond version (I'm working on that).

Please note this package is still experimental, file any bugs to:
