Debian Sid and Sarge packages of Lilypond 2.3.18 are available from my
website:

http://www.pedrokroeger.net/lilypond/

The package is now called "lilypond-snapshot", as the binary.

The bug that prevented it to be used with another
lilypond version is hopefully fixed now.
