Debian Woody packages of LilyPond 2.3.19

Hi,

Debian Woody packages of LilyPond 2.3.19 are available at

This one actually produced scores for me after some
fiddling.  I had to modify /etc/texmf/texmf.cnf to contain

extra_mem_top = 1000000      % 100000 was not enough for me

and insert the line

ecrb10 ecrb10 <ecrb10.pfa

into /etc/texmf/dvips/ec-mftrace.map.  I'm not exactly sure
why these are needed and what they mean.  Possibly similar
lines could also be included with point sizes 7, 12, 14 and
17...  If anybody could offer some explanation I'd be glad.
