Debian Woody packages of LilyPond 2.3.24

Debian Woody packages of LilyPond 2.3.24 are available at

Looks like this version doesn't require any tweaking for
proper operation, ie. no fiddling with tetex's extra_mem_top
parameter (leave that at 0) nor extra ecrb lines in
ec-mftrace.map.  Thanks to Werner and Jan for those.

On the flipside, I've got a strange documentation build
problem, so the docu package may be imperfect.  Still, this
version doesn't fit my (converted-ly) test piece into 2
pages as 2.2.5 did...
