LilyPond CVS now hosted on Savannah

Today, we have moved the CVS repository of LilyPond to a machine
residing at gnu.org; The lilypond project is now partly hosted on
Savannah, the SourceForge server of GNU.

If you want to check out sources using anonymous CVS, then follow the
