LilyPond 2.7.8 fixes a lot of bugs, including the problems with MIDI
generation, and it contains two sponsored features:
The fedora and macos X are uploading as write this. The windows and
autopackage binaries follow soon, hopefully.
* The order of words in `\markup' commands may now be reversed by
setting the `text-direction' property. This is useful for
Right-to-Left languages like Hebrew.
This feature was sponsored by Aaron Mehl.
* Texts over multi measure rests can stretch corresponding measure,
if the appropriate `spacing-procedure' property is set.
This feature was sponsored by Kris Shaffer.
