LilyPond 2.7.11 released

Hi,

I'm uploading 2.7.11 at this moment.

New attractions include:

    * Vertical spacing for page layout can now be tuned for each system
      individually.  The dimensions that can be tuned can be visualized.

    * The slope of a stem-tremolo may be set manually

In connection with the first feature, there have been a number of 
cleanups in the handling and representation of systems. Also, by request 
of Trevor, there has been a small change in the handling of tuplet 
brackets that barely cross a linebreak and "tabloid" paper should now be 
called "11x17".
