Another RC for lily 2.7; Please test. This release fixes a lot of bugs, in particular related to Tie formatting. In addition, it contains support for creating ties that are only on their right side connected to note heads, which is handy for repeats. The work on ties was sponsored by Steve Doonan. From now on, the documentation suite can now be downloaded as a separate tarball from lilypond.org. This tarball is generated with our GUB Linux binary, and will be used to update lilypond.org doc directory.
