lilypond 2.13.6 released

LilyPond 2.13.6 has been released.  This version contains the usual
round of bugfixes and documentation work, in addition to improved
packaging+scripts for MacOS X 10.5.

*** Please note that due to changes in MacOS X 10.6 Snow Leopard,
lilypond is exceedingly slow (~1 hour) the first time it is run.  We
do not recommend using this version on 10.6 until we've figured out
what Apple broke.
