LilyPond 2.13.25 released!

We are happy to announce the release of LilyPond 2.13.25. This
release contains the usual number of bugfixes. However, a number
of critical issues still remain, so this release is intended for
developers only.

I would like to stress that last point -- we have noticed some
problems with with fonts.  This is an UNSTABLE development release
only.  We'll let you know when 2.13 is ready for normal users.
