Hi there,

I'm Han-Wen, your friendly project leader. I'm posting this request
for help, in the hope that one of you wants to take on this
mini-project and complete it.

TYPE OF WORK

Documentation

AMOUNT OF WORK

Small

KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

Basic usage of LilyPond.

SKILLS REQUIRED

English writing, documentation skills.

SUMMARY

Fill in doc strings for music expressions.

DESCRIPTION

In the generated documentation of 1.7, we now also include Music
expressions:

  http://lilypond.org/development/Documentation/user/out-www/lilypond-internals/Music-expressions.html#Music%20expressions

The contents of these pages are generated from the file

  scm/music-types.scm

Every music object also has a description field. This description
field should explain the meaning of the music expression, the syntax
and common use. A very short example is in

  http://lilypond.org/development/Documentation/user/out-www/lilypond-internals/PhrasingSlurEvent.html#PhrasingSlurEvent

which says

  PhrasingSlurEvent

Start or end phrasing slur. Syntax NOTE \( and \) NOTE

Only a few music expressions documented, very tersely. It would be
nice if someone went through music-types.scm, and filled in all the

	(description . "")

entries.
