Lilypond 1.7.13

At 06:15 in the morning we proudly present... the first Lilypond
development release in months. Between the exasparating work of
writing down what I've been doing  for the past four years (besides
hacking Lilypond, of course), I finally found some time to Hack Stuff
solely for your engraving pleasure.

Lily 1.7.13 has a completely revamped chord input and output modules,
so that your dazzling beauties of scores can now be accompanied by
chord names that make some sort of sense.

This release is dedicated to all double bass players that rock my
world in general. Special thanks to Amy Z. for some well deserved
kicks in our butts.
