LilyPond 1.7.14

This week I have been in the `blessed' state of having a throat ache,
which clustered me to my 102-keyed monster machine. That left me
little choice than to tame the waterflowers within, leading to the
1.7.14 release.  Briefly spoken, it contains the following
improvements:

 - caesura symbol (by popular request)

 - <ly2dvifile> tag for lilypond-book (HTML only), which runs the file
   through ly2dvi, and makes it into a neat menu.

 - R1*4-\markup { .. } syntax for multi-measure rests, by popular
   request.

 - an important bugfix for double measure percent repeats and bassfigure
   fonts.
