LilyPond 1.7.19 released

LilyPond 1.7.19 is out. New features include

 - lots of code by Juergen for ancient notation

 - ottava brackets.  See input/regression/ottava.ly

 - metronome-marks, see input/regression/metronome-marking.ly

 - lots of documentation updates.

 - lots of Emacs mode updates by Heikki Junes
