lilypond 1.7.22 - Philosophiae Doctor

Hi y'all,

This release is my first release as a PhD., which means that it is
blessed with the Official Scientific Stamp of Approval. Among other
things, it means that I genuinely believe that this release _will_
compile and on your machines, up to and including the
web-documentation

Besides a couple of bugfixes, this release has an extensive reworking
of many of the example files (with thanks to Graham Percival for
combing through them)

	* lilypond-mode.el (LilyPond-add-imenu-menu): new function,
	imenu is not added by default; adapted from f90.el,
	makes Help-menu, which does not fit, visible in XEmacs.
