LilyPond 1.7.24

1.7.24 is out.

It contains a lot of cleanups for the input examples and some
bugfixes.

RedHat users please note that this version requires guile-1.6.4-7 from
RedHat rawhide (earlier versions have a packaging bug).

People that live close to North-France may be interested
