lilypond 1.8.1 released

LilyPond 1.8.1 is released (together with a RedHat-9 RPM, which is
being uploaded as I type this). It has a
bunch of small fixes, mainly in the documentation.

I have also started a new CVS branch. Development has started on
LilyPond version 1.9 in CVS HEAD.
