GFDL section numbering

Hi, Not sure if this was the right place to post. In the documentation license available at https://lilypond.org/fdl.html, there is an error in the section numbering. The preamble should have been number 0, so now all section references are off by one. Also the header says “GNU Free Documentation License 1.1”, while just below it says “Version 1.3”.
