warning/note in 2.23.12 about source file mismatch

Hello,

When moving to 2.23.12 to check it out, I encountered the following warning
at the end of compilation:

;;; note: source file C:/Program
Files/lilypond-2.23.12/share/lilypond/2.23.12/scm/lily/font-encodings.scm

;;; newer than compiled C:/Program
Files/lilypond-2.23.12/lib/lilypond/2.23.12/ccache/lily/font-encodings.go

I'm not sure what this means, but it seems like it hasn't directly impacted
my output.
