Glitch in the documentation?

This website http://lilypond.org/doc/v2.23/Documentation/notation/modifying-broken-spanners displays to me in Catalan. As much as I like Catalan (it's one of my two favorite Romance languages) it's weird that changing the version number to 2.22, 2.21, 2.20, 2.19, 2.18... returns the same web page in English. Does anyone else also see that page in Catalan or is it only me?
