I tried reproducing your problem by replicating a similar configuration, so I
fired up an Ubuntu 22.04 virtual machine, installed Frescobaldi from Flatpak,
compiled a file into SVG, and "unfortunately" it worked, i.e., the problem did
not reproduce. Attached is a screencast. Maybe check if you find anything
different in your setup.
