Please define 'usable': I've tried to execute `musicxml2ly` from
version 2.24.3 on your input file, and I couldn't process the output
`.ly` file because it was incomplete.  Do you get something better?

For the last few months I'm almost exclusively working on
`musicxml2ly`.  The code you mention (to handle tuplets), and for
which you provided a suggested fix, has been completely rewritten to
support nested tuplets...

Can you retry XML export with a current MuseScore version?
