Re: "Completion_heads_engraver" omits measures and stems

Thanks for responding.

As pointed out by Dan Eble in an email to me, I was applying the change of engravers to the wrong context. Once I moved my actions from the Staff to the Voice context, everything worked as expected.

There is no issue to report, this was user error.
